With turkey in the rear view mirror and the giving season in overdrive, the MySweetWishList series starts Tuesday. There will be loads of nonprofits crossing their fingers and hoping that some Santa(s) will appreciate their needs and come through. While some groups are very familiar, others may be little known but still are hardworking.
Yes, there will be all types of requests. Some will be itty-bitty. Others may be a bit daunting. Still they are all possible thanks to friends and strangers coming together during this time of year when miracles seem more than possible.
Even if your budget doesn’t have room for a donation, your mind will benefit just knowing these remarkable organizations and people are your neighbors making a difference for good.
